BUILT IN VCR DOESN''T WORK. It will accept a tape and attempt to play it, but nothing happens. FF and Rewind, same thing. The TV is fully working and has great picture. All inputs and functions tested. In good cosmetic condition, however there is dust in hard to reach areas. And what appears to be white paint specs on the top. No remote.
