This Italian Cameo Pendant/Brooch is straight from
Italy. You will see stamped on the back 14k and ITALY. I don’t have a loop so I cannot read what the other portion says but I am sure it pertains to the Diamond.

As you can see from the photos, the relief carving is facing right. Her features are in perfect condition and the relief is beautifully carved. She is wearing a necklace made from gold that has a single Diamond on it.

There is a pendant at the top that bends down so this can be worn as a brooch. There is a pin on the back.

As you can see from the pictures, the cameo measures a 2 cm wide and 2.5 cm tall.
