It has some dents. One on the top left of the screen and the other one is at the bottom right side of the speakers. Look at pictures for these details.

It comes with all the items like if it was new. The headphones were used but they were cleaned. I tested out the USB cord and still works. The phone has a back screen protector that you can take out if you want to. The battery may need to be changed but it can still hold through. It is generally in great condition.
