Description : Beautiful handmade vintage formal gown in empire waist style. Full underdress. Overlay of beautiful iridescent sequined lace. Beaded edging around deep V neckline. Zippers up the back, the lace in the back hooks together to hide the zipper. There is some staining on the lace, a small spot in the front near the bust, a darker stain on the back near the zipper. The inside of the lining is stained at the armpits and shoulder seams. I have not attempted removal as I do not know what the material is. These are not visible when dress is on. This piece could be used as a vintage wedding gown. Estimate for age is 1960’s.
