Downsizing our home gym and selling these commercial grade Power Systems Strength bands, 4 total in varying resistance. Can be used with dumbbells or other fitness equipment. These bands are great for a beginner or up to an advanced power lifter. They are very heavy duty. Used just a few times.

-4 bands with resistance levels Super-heavy, Ultra-heavy, Extra-heavy and Heavy
-Great for power-lifting training and bodybuilding plateau breaking routines
-Can use for assisted pull ups, resisted pushups, ect. They are very versatile.

Band types:
Heavy, Purple: 1 1/8" W, provides 30-50 lbs. of resistance.
Extra Heavy, Green: 1 3/4" W, provides 65-85 lbs. of resistance.
Ultra Heavy, Blue: 2 1/2" W, provides 80-100 lbs. of resistance.
Super Heavy, Black: 4" W, provides up to 200 lbs. of resistance.
