Skirt hooks & snaps
Ruffle layer under skirt for fullness
Buttons on skirt w/ elastic loops inside bodice to keep skirt from slipping (see last pict)

Chest is Approx 11.5” across flat
Waist of top is Approx 10 & 5/8” across flat at smallest part
Waist of skirt is Approx 10.5” across flat where snap & hook are now can be adjusted by moving hook
Overall length of skirt is 14” waist to hem
