Marked 14k and OR on the bottom. Beautiful 14k yellow gold carousel with rose gold horses (3) that can spin around the carousel. Filigree design that pictures aren''t doing justice to, has a bail that''s more as a pendant but could be used as a charm. Excellent condition. Just under a half inch tall. Got this new and never wore it. Not sure what brand OR is for.
