Antique late 1700s 10k gold flush blue stone pinky ring

Looks super old style like 1700s maybe earlier because if you look at the styles over the decades you’ll see the roughness of this one matches older times, but they didn’t stamp as much back then unless it was made for or from someone of great wealth or status. They started marking gold in the 1400s so it’s possible. I wish I knew what the stone was. Size 3 fits my pinky finger and looks so cute! Could be resized bigger. Others selling for $1200-$15k!
