Very cool & unique piece. The bottom part is still attached. Can be unscrewed & taken off. I have blacked out the original owners name & address for privacy reasons. The name & address are also cast metal raised letterings. These could be covered over with wood or if you know a metal smith they could potentially rework the sign & add your new name & address. There is some wear on the finish and scratching throughout. Overall a nice statement piece.
