Very Rare HTF Antique French Apothecary Jar Labeled Cotton

Unique and very rare Antique French Apothecary Jars labeled Cotton, circa 1910. This is a sophisticated vanity jar and the label is surrounded with the Greek messenger God, Hermès, symbol that is a common medical emblem. These are one of a kind and would look great incorporated on a vanity, counter or shelf. A unique gift for a someone with elegant taste, collector, or someone in the medical field. There is no maker’s mark.

The jar stands 4-1/4" tall and is 2-1/4" diameter. The hand painted design is on one side only; the other sides are blank. The jars and lids are trimmed with narrow bands of gilt gold, and each of the ball finials on the lids is finished with a gold dot.

No cracks, flea bites, or grazing - in excellent condition
