The watch has a brown leather band and is water-resistant. The face is finished in vibrant gold trim with a white face and reads “Hess Toy Truck Glasses Collector Series Summer 1996".

This watch was handed out to the service station owner’s who sold the highest amount of Toy Truck Glasses (see additional listing for a complete set) within the summer of 1996. To purchase one of the four glasses on offer, you needed to purchase 8 gallons of fuel.
