Very cool piece from Mario Chiodo Studios.
He does have a few mostly minor flaws.

Photos 3, 5, and 12 show small cracks in the sculpture.

His left leg isn''t attached to his body the same way his right one is . I am not sure if this is how it was made (maybe so that the leg hangs down when in a sitting position?). I don''t feel anywhere where the leg would have every attached to the body, so it very well could be meant to be like that.
That being said, he can not stand up on his own.. this is more to him being very top heavy, but the leg not being attached doesn''t help any.

Overall this is a very cool, unique piece of art that any collector would enjoy.
