Preowned, antique condition. Provenance is unknown. Paper tanning exists from years of exposure to cardboard off-gassing. The back of the portrait shows significant tanning/browning and some signs of moisture exposure. A few minor imperfections on the portrait side of the piece exist, as noted in photographs - not noticeable when on display, but worth noting for full-disclosure.
