Heavy well made toy.
I don’t know much about brands so brand is unknown.
Estate ítem, selling as found. Looks complete to me but please see every picture carefully.

Great condition for it’s age, the cute hose looks complete, there is a spot that needs little tlc (see pic 23). Paint has chips and stains. As pictured.

The chain is like new, could be a replacement? The original owner pass away so it was no information available about this Beautiful piece.
