28.5"x17" is the outside measurements of the frame
The painting is done on a particle board that measures 12"x24"
The frame has some scratches and dings but for the most part pretty good condition, the particle board is held in place by some nails one is missing
The frame says made in Mexico
There are a couple marks on the painting that I did not attempt to remove please see pictures for details
