1950’s porcelain Extremely rare candy dish/tip dish

This is an amazing piece I have only been able to find one other one anywhere for sale. I believe they may be made by culture the other one I was able to find appeared to by s as n Irish woman I think this one could be a Greek woman maybe Jewish I’m not sure but this is an amazing piece
