Sold as is. If you plug up the battery, the motor turns on. Couldn''t get the remote to work. The car has front lights but couldn''t get them to turn on. Could be a wire issue. The tires are in good shape. The body has wear, scoff marks, etc. It does have a crack in the back finder.
